The best place to find information about the availability of films and soundtracks is the Internet Movie Database, an excellent website for film reference. For photos we suggest you contact the film’s distributor, whose details may also be found on the IMDB. www.imdb.com

I would like to get in touch with my favourite actor
Again the best place to start is www.imdb.com.

I've missed a film I was wanting to watch
Missed you favourite film? We will ensure that there will be a chance to view this again. Click on the search button and enter the films title. You will then be taken to the programme page which will give you the information you require. If there isn't any forthcoming schedule date, this may only mean we haven't scheduled it yet. Our schedules only run two months in advance so please keep checking the website for more details.

Why is a film different to that advertised
It is sometimes necessary to remove a film at short notice. The reason for this may well be that the subject matter of the film is very similar to that of a recent tragedy. We will always ensure our programming is sensitive in these instances. In cases like this, please use the search button at the top of the page to find out the new schedule time for that particular film.

I don't have movies 24 or Movies 24 + but would love to receive them. How is this possible?

I am having problems with viewing movies 24
If you are experiencing transmission problems, please contact your cable or satellite provider who will be able to fix the problem for you. If you are having difficulties in contacting them please call us on +44 207 368 9100 and we will report the fault for you.

I am very unhappy with an advertisement I've seen
All advertising on movies 24 has been independently cleared for broadcast prior to transmission. We ensure that everything we broadcast meets the requirements of the Broadcasting Act, if you would like to find out more please contact Ofcom (www.ofcom.org.uk/). All advertisements are approved by the Broadcast Advertising Clearance Centre (BACC). The content of these advertisements is given careful consideration to ensure that they are suitable for movie 24's viewers and their content is not offensive. However, if we receive a complaint we will look into the matter and where necessary, the matter will be referred to the Advertising Standards Authority.
