Chicago resident Maggie Dolan returns to her hometown of Hidden Lake, Colorado to investigate the death of her father, Frank. He has been shot, and the authorities consider his death nothing more than a tragic hunting accident. But the shot that killed Frank was certainly no accident, and as Maggie begins her investigations she comes up against a wall of silence from the townspeople.
What they are protecting is a long-buried secret that digs deep into the community - and they will go to any lengths to stop Maggie bringing it to light.
