CHRISTMAS 24 GIFT SET GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By entering the competition “Win a Christmas 24 Gift Set” (“Competition”) on the website www.tvmovies24.com (“Website”) or via the Promoter’s Twitter account @Christmas_24 (“Account”) (as applicable), you acknowledge and agree that you accept the following terms and conditions relating to the Competition:

1. PROMOTER: The promoter of the Competition is NBC Universal Global Networks UK Limited of Oxford House, 76 Oxford Street, London W1D 1BS (“Promoter” and for the purposes of these terms and conditions "Promoter" shall be deemed to include the Promoter's affiliates, successors, assignees and licensees).

2. ELIGIBILITY: (a) AGE Entrants must be aged 18 or over. (b) RESIDENCE Entrants must be legally resident in the United Kingdom. (c) EMPLOYEES Employees or agents of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. DATES: There will be twenty-four separate daily competitions and prize draws as follows:

(i) starting on 1 December 2011 at 8am and ending on 2 December at 8am;

(ii) starting on 2 December 2011 at 8am and ending on 3 December at 8am;

(iii) starting on 3 December 2011 at 8am and ending on 5 December at 10am;

(iv) starting on 5 December 2011 at 8am and ending on 6 December at 8am;

(v) starting on 6 December 2011 at 8am and ending on 7 December at 8am;

(vi) starting on 7 December 2011 at 8am and ending on 8 December at 8am;

(vii) starting on 8 December 2011 at 8am and ending on 9 December at 8am;

(viii) starting on 9 December 2011 at 8am and ending on 10 December at 8am;

(ix) starting on 10 December 2011 at 8am and ending on 12 December at 10am;

(x) starting on 12 December 2011 at 8am and ending on 13 December at 8am;

(xi) starting on 13 December 2011 at 8am and ending on 14 December at 8am;

(xii) starting on 14 December 2011 at 8am and ending on 15 December at 8am;

(xiii) starting on 15 December 2011 at 8am and ending on 16 December at 8am;

(xiv) starting on 16 December 2011 at 8am and ending on 17 December at 8am;

(xv) starting on 17 December 2011 at 8am and ending on 19 December at 10am;

(xvi) starting on 19 December 2011 at 8am and ending on 20 December at 8am;

(xvii) starting on 20 December 2011 at 8am and ending on 21 December at 8am;

(xviii) starting on 21 December 2011 at 8am and ending on 22 December at 8am;

(xix) starting on 22 December 2011 at 8am and ending on 23 December at 8am;

(xx) starting on 23 December 2011 at 8am and ending on 24 December at 8am;

(xxi) starting on 24 December 2011 at 8am and ending on 25 December at 8am;

4. ENTRY: The daily competitions may be run either on the Website or on the Account at the absolute discretion of the Promoter. Anybody wishing to enter a daily competition should check the Website and/or the Account on any given day to determine the entry route for that day. Entrants must and follow the Competition instructions set out on the Website and/or Account to enter. Only entries which have been submitted strictly in accordance with the Competition instructions and these terms and conditions will be valid. The Promoter accepts no liability for any invalid and/or incomplete entries and/or entries not received by the Promoter.

5. SELECTION OF WINNER: On the day after the closing date of each daily competition, the Promoter will randomly select one entrant as follows: (i) if the daily competition is run on the Website, the Promoter will randomly select one entrant from all those who have correctly answered that day’s question to win a prize; or (ii) if the daily competition is run on the Account, the Promoter will randomly select one entrant from the full list of those people following the Account at the time that daily competition closes. The Promoter’s selection of the winner will be final.


6. PRIZE: There is one prize for each daily competition, which is a gift set containing a pair of Christmas socks and a branded Christmas 24 nutcracker. The prizes are non transferable. No cash alternative is available for the prizes. In the unlikely event that a prize should become unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value. The prize winners are responsible for any and all costs and expenses not specified in the prize description.

7. PRIZE CONFIRMATION AND ACCEPTANCE: (a) CONFIRMATION The prize winners will receive a message via email (using the email address provided by the entrant at the time of entry in the Competition) within 3 weeks of each prize draw confirming that they have won a prize. (b) ACCEPTANCE The prize winners must claim their prizes by no later than 3 weeks after the date of the notification email. If no claim is received by the Promoter within this time or the Promoter is unable to contact any prize winner, the Promoter reserves the right to deem their prize forfeited. The Promoter may require proof of identity and/or eligibility before releasing any prize. Prize winners should allow up to 4 weeks from prize acceptance for delivery of their prize.

8. WINNER’S DATA: The Promoter reserves the right to publish and to disclose to third parties the first name, surname and county of residence of the prize winner. The first name, surname and county of residence of the prize winner can be obtained by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to Marketing Team, NBC Universal Global Networks UK Limited, Prospect House, 80-110 New Oxford Street, London WC1A 1HB, stating for which competition you would like winners’ details.

9. PERSONAL DATA: All personal information collected about entrants to the Competition by way of their entering the Competition will only be used in accordance with the Promoter's current privacy policy contained on the Website and for the following purposes: to administer the Competition as set out in these terms and conditions, to select the prize winner and to arrange delivery of the prize.

10. PROMOTER’S LIABILITY: As far as is permitted by law, the Promoter excludes responsibility and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the Competition and/or prize beyond the Promoter’s control and for any act or default of any third party supplier. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the Website and/or competition page and/or the Account and accepts no responsibility for any technical problems which may affect entry to the Competition. The receipt by the prize winner of any prize is conditional upon the winner complying with any and all applicable laws, rules, regulations and guidelines including, without limitation, these terms and conditions and competition instructions.

11. CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT: The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

12. JURISDICTION: The Competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English law.
